Escape is being developed by Escape LLC which is a company owned by a leading member of the Ajman Royal family, who is the majority shareholder. In addition the partners are Ms Eileen Verdieck, one of the worlds leading equine personalities, and Mr. Anwer Sher, a former CEO of Union National Bank and previously a Director and CEO with a leading project in Dubai.
A professional management team is already in place for the project. The land on which the project is being developed is an asset of the company.
Escape is master planned by Hyder based on conceptual artist designer, Donald Green's concepts and the visions of the developers. The aim of the planners is to create a balance between the residences and the openness which will provide a feeling of solitude and space not seen in other developments. This makes Escape a sought-after location to unwind and retreat to.
Anwer Sher, General Manager
The General Manager of Escape, LLC, Anwer is the former CEO of Union National Bank. Until recently, he was heading a multi-faceted and iconic development in Dubai which consisted of a theme park, a mega mall, and residences. Anwer is also the President of Sher Consulting, a company that has provided enterprise management to some of the leading business families in the region.
Anwer is an internationally renowned management lecturer, equestrian photographer, and author, he has previously been a panelist at Harvard University's Middle East Center symposium on the Middle East. Additionally, he has been a key note speaker at a host of regional and international business and motivational conferences and seminars.
In addition to overseeing the development and eventual operations of the 200-acre Escape site, Anwer is also Co-Founder and Managing Director of Equine Management Services, the world's leading equestrian solutions company, and the concept and enterprise managers for Escape.
Eileen Verdieck, Partner
Throughout an extensive 38 year career, Eileen Verdieck has become a pioneer in the Arabian horse industry. As an International trainer, judge, and consultant, she has won numerous prestigious international awards which stand as testimony to her dedication to the Arabian breed.
Having sold millions of dollars worth of horses all around the world, Eileen is currently recognized as one of the leading authorities on the breeding and marketing of Arabian horses.
Eileen's global reputation and her international exposure led her eventually to the Middle East, where she subsequently became influential in developing a number of regional horse breeding programmes.
Eileen is now living in the United Arab Emirates, and she has been instrumental in the re-introduction of the Arabian horse into the region and has placed more than 400 horses in the Gulf States since the mid 1980s. Eileen has revolutionized the approach to the equine industry with her unique HoofbeatZTM Program. This is a multi-faceted program designed to broaden the base of equine appreciation and participation. She also advises many of the leading Arabian horse owners on critical aspects of their breeding and management programs.
Eileen is a Partner is the prestigious Escape Equestrian Community currently being developed in Ajman. She is also CEO and Co-Founder of Equine Management Services (EMS), the concept and enterprise managers of Escape.
